About the event
This 90 minute virtual program will give you a foundation to help understand the basics of yogic breathing. We will talk about how to breathe correctly, and how to use breathing to help with relaxation. These techniques help reduce anxiety, and enhance focus and clarity We will dive into the topic of meditation and how to start a simple, mindful practice at home. As, always, this is about "keeping it real." not about fancy words things like that. This class can be considered a continuation of the Yoga and The Mind program. However, it's open to everyone, even if you missed Yoga and The Mind.
No experience necessary. This will be an interactive experience. Bring all your questions!
